Nida Khanam has been called on by Socomec, a renowned worldwide authority on Low Voltage (LV) power management, to serve as its new HR Head for the Greater India area.
Her purview specifically includes Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, India, and Sri Lanka.
Nida is a highly skilled HR specialist with twenty years of expertise in a variety of industries, such as manufacturing, technology, and the automotive sector. Her most recent position was Chief People Officer at Omega Seiki Mobility. She has worked with GROHE, Lixil Water Technology, and the Rockwell Association before.
Nida will be in charge of leading the HR department at Socomec India in both commercial and plant operations. She will also be in charge of projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. She has a plethora of experience creating and managing HR strategies and procedures, and she has successfully led change management and HR transformation in a variety of cultural contexts.
“My vision is to uphold this culture of excellence through people-centric initiatives and values-driven practices,” the leader stated in reference to her new position.
