She will oversee all HR operations for the India business from her Bangalore-based position as Head of HR and Site HR Leader.
With effect from April 2024, Lenovo India has named Priya Tikare as Director and Head of HR.
Tikare, who is based in Bangalore, will oversee all HR operations for the India division and act as the site HR leader in addition to Head of HR.
In addition to ensuring the best possible employee experience and rigor in operational smoothness, this Lenovo veteran with over 20 years of people management experience will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and keeping top talent. She will also strengthen the foundation for bringing in more diverse and inclusive talent across the value chain.
She held the positions of Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Leader and Global HR Director for the company’s International Services Support before this.
As the head of innovation for her talent management team at Lenovo India, Tikare will concentrate on creating initiatives and frameworks that raise worker morale, encourage teamwork, and boost overall business output.
